This so far is the lowest point for the Poldarks. The country is still deep in a depression and the Poldarks sunk with it. Try as they might, they can not get Wheal Grace to yield anything profitable. With France in chaos and war imminent, the price of copper should soon rise-if they can find anyway. I hate jealous, conniving George! Go away. No one likes you! And as for Ross's actions (I'd much rather not have been reminded of them again!). Then again, that's what makes these characters so enjoyable to read about! Sometimes you love them, sometimes you hate them, sometimes you pity them. They bring out all out all your emotions. 5/5 stars. The plot just gets better and better as it goes along.
