What Members Thought
Meh. Classics stand the test of time because of the writing; alas, I can't say that about this classic. Perhaps it is well loved because of when many people read it: when they are young people. I'm 31, so that doesn't put me in the young person category. This book reminds me a lot of Black Beauty, a book that is prized yet fell short of my expectations.
