3.75 Woah, this is a rough one to review, just because so much of it was so incredibly unpleasant to read. But at the same time I understand why this is such a classic. It was "good", well written, and interesting, and I particularly loved that it is set in New Orleans. My family and I were staying there when I started reading this, and it does very well capture how quirky the people there are (in a good way).
