What Members Thought
I can see why this book is a big deal, and the world building is pretty amazing, but...it's not actually an enjoyable to read because all characters are so unrelatable and unlikeable. Looking forward to the movie, but will not be reading any more of the series.
Interesting how this in some ways feels like the Lord of the Rings of science fiction and yet is so opposite as far as characters (flawless mind reading gods vs. chubby little hobbitses) and themes.
