Re-read: 7/30-7/31/18 for Read Harder challenge - Read an assigned book you hated (or never finished). 3.5 stars.
I definitely got much more out of this reading it as an adult than I ever would have as a teen. Back then, I just remember it being so traumatizing, and we probably discussed it ad nauseam for a month. It's only 107 pages! Reading it quickly like this made me like it more, because it doesn't need to be dragged out. It's a quick story, and it packs a punch.
