Two broken soul's fighting for control of a wildfire.

A story of healing and the hero who gets the damsel in distress only this isn't like a fairytale romance along the way you get characters who have sleepless nights,nightmares and are consumed with guilt and it seems only together with each other can they find a healing that brings peace.

Jude is a police officer having a drink or two in a bar after his shift when he receives a call to go check on a manor that has alarms triggered. Jude argues that he is off duty but is persuaded to go being the nearest.

Jude discovers a fire has broken out and sees a girl who is Rhion on a ledge.

With alcohol clouding his judgment Jude makes wrong decisions resulting in both of them being Hurt by the flames but had he not arrived she would have died.

Years later the two are reunited but in their dreams they have never been apart.

This is the start of Jude and Rhion's relationship.

Rhion has no close family but is part of a family of men of The Guardian protection agency who have been looking after her since her fathers death and she was left his fortune.

An exciting concept a book for each one of these hot bodyguards I loved the characters main and extended.

Singe is a heartwarming read that contains humor, drama, hotness and a plot twist, told in dual pov's and leads to a hea.

I found Singe slow paced and it did take me a while to get into it, I felt there were to many character introductions at once, it got me confused with who was who, or who exactly the main characters were to each person introduced for that matter, mainly Rhion, I didn’t feel it was explained or a good picture was painted helping the imagination to prevent that confusion, it took the graduation of the plot and a familiarity before I understood who was who, what relationship they had with the main characters and their role.

In summary Singe is a great contemporary romance read with promise of an exciting series to follow.

4.5 steamy suspenseful stars. Ms. Martinez is my-go-to-girl when it comes to reading sexy alpha males, strong female characters and a plot that only develops more as you go. She never lets me down. This one is no exception, it’s exciting and suspenseful; the romance is erotic and tender; the characters are colorful and likable. If your looking for a tense and intoxicating story about second chances at life and love this the one you shouldn’t miss🤩. Totally recommend.
