A work of disgusting, disturbing, emotional art

Woah. Talk about an insane read and mixed feelings. I couldn’t stop reading, even when I was so disgusted I wanted to throw the book away. I was angry at Kieran for being such a terrible person. I was angry at Lake for not standing up for herself and staying silent. I was disturbed by her giving into him so easily or at all. Shelves: new-adult, dnf, preposterous-plot

DNF. I just couldn’t do it. When a dark romance book makes you want to giggle and roll your eyes more than it excites or consumes you then you know that it’s not for you.
