I read Fangirl earlier this year and the MC of that book was writing Carry On as fanfic - and here is Carry On. A very fun read that most people say is fanfic of Harry Potter which I do believe is how the idea of Fangirl started but they are also very much their own characters as much as they may be an homage. The book was longer than I expected but I still enjoyed it and will add the next installment to my TBR list.

Rowell is pretty much an insta-buy for me. And since I adored "Fangirl", this book was a no brainer. It is just as wonderful as you'd imagine it to be. I not only feel like it's a gift to Rowell's readers, but also to Wren and Cath.
