I'd really like to give this a 3+. The extra star would be because it is a great story. A good idea and a great sequence of events. I'm disappointed because I would have liked to know more about Mark's, and the crew's for that matter, emotional and psychological struggles. The writing was overwhelmingly sterile. Heavy on the science, it lacked the humanity of someone faced with his own "certain" death.
