A light Paris novella followed by Aesop's Fables for women.
I've enjoyed novels by Jojo Moyes in the past. This was something different, a compilation of shorter works - a roughly 150 page novella, and 8 short stories.
I enjoyed the novella (Paris For One) the most, and liked a couple of the short stories, Holdups and Last Year's Coat, well enough. The others I cared less for, due to subject that wasn't up my alley (women struggling with middle age, and/or in struggling or unhappy marriages, fide ...more
