It was what I needed right now. It was a nice read during a stressful time. I found Eadlyn to be an interesting character. It is nice to see the next generation. Overall, it's a really fun read.

To be honest, I procrastinated reading this: Actually I wanted to read it the day it came out in English but somehow I did not order it. After reading all these reviews of people who were disappointed I did not feel like buying it. That is the reason why I eventually borrowed this book from a friend of a friend.

I am very impressed with this new story about America's daughter and I couldn't help but get excited and fanboy over this new book that is part of the selection series \(> o <)/. Though she is contrastly different from her mother, her first impression was smug and mean but in the inside she's really nice, kind and thoughtful of others but she doesn't realize that yet.
