Wow!
I admit I went in blind to this only know the title, the cover, and the fact that I've been a big fan of Cory Doctorow ever since Little Brother. I thought it was going to be something of a thriller with perhaps a political and especially an awesome technological bent to it.
I didn't expect it to be this huge! The ideas in this novel can easily be ranked up with the very biggest novels of the last century.

Dystopia, anarchism, flat main characters with distractingly silly names, a YA / New Adult vibe. Privileged people trying to alleviate their boredom by rebelling against their parents and peers, walking away from society into some hipster commune….? Nothing interesting happened. Societal restructuring is not really my thing. The pacing was too slow, the idea-driven bantering of the characters didn‘t inspire me at all.
