4.5 stars again.

I had a few little issues with all three books. But the whole is so much more than the sum of its parts here. Make no mistake, this is a 5 star series.

Pierce Brown takes us on a journey across the galaxy, to witness the epic fight of the oppressed against their rulers.

There were unexpected alliances, but also some treachery along the way.
The story was full of awesome moments and painful ones as well.

Read for: Shifting alliances, high-octane space battles, plot twists, breakneck plot lines and everything you might expect from the first two in the series, plus a little more.

The military strategy Brown infuses into his plot must be at least a little meta, because "change the paradigm" also seems to be his central philosophy with every book.

In Golden Son, Brown took the foundations of the story he started in Red Rising and started building like a madman. Conflicts went from the structure of the
