[close] I read this book as part of an online book club for a national organization that relates to my current job position. I couldn't help but think of all of my Brothers as I read each page. Often times I hear around times of Recruitment or final voting, "That person is just too shy for our Chapter." After reading this book, it provides some insight of why a person may actually be a great fit for a Chapter, but may have "shy" characteristics. It's a great read whether you relate to introversion or extroversion.
