4 stars. I was a big fan of iCarly so I’ve been excited to read this and get Jennette’s story and wow was this informative and heartbreaking. My goodness she went through so much and I found this difficult to read at certain times especially the details of her bulimia. I’m honestly not comfortable reviewing this fully but I did think it was really good and I hope that it was therapeutic for her.

This is a hard book to read, but it is also quite a necessary one to read. Because what happened to the author is something that keeps happening, and that should not happen. At all.
It is significant to talk about these things, to make them known because it is so important. And so wrong.
And this book is a good way to make all these different and difficult topics come to light. Abuse, dysfunctional families, eating disorders, and therapy, to say just some of them. And she manages to talk about al
