I can see why this is either a 1 star or a 5 star for most people from PHEW what a wild ride that id love to go on again
Can I start this review off by saying I should have known better? Because I should have. The synopsis straight up tells me that this novel holds one of my MOST despised tropes of all time...and I still read it because I usually like Riley Sager's books.

I couldn’t put this book down. Just when you thought you knew what was going to happen, another twist came along. It had me sitting on the edge of my seat!
I think this is my second favorite Riley Sage book of the three I've read so far. Final Girls is still my top favorite. I loved everything about this book. The setting was perfect especially the lake element. I also really enjoyed the plot twist as someone who loves paranormal elements. It was right up my alley.
Also the Taylor Swift song lyrics at the beginning and the reference of her in one of the book's chapters was just perfect. Riley is such a swiftie and I love him for that. ...more
