What Members Thought
AHHHHHH! This was surprisingly disappointing. I know it's an unpopular opinion but it is how I feel. I LOVED Ten Thousand Doors of January, it was easily in my top 10 faves last year. So my hopes were probably a bit too high going into this one, admittedly.
Don't get me wrong this book was NOT bad, but it was just okay. Where it excelled was in the prose, Alix E. Harrow has a beautiful way with words that makes me want to drown in whatever she writes. However this did not entirely outweigh that ...more
