Esta obra es una maravilla como todo lo que escribe está señora. Yo no puedo decir más.
Al principio fue una novela que me costó mucho comenzar y enganchar: especialmente porque te metía de lleno en todo lo que hay en Ciudad Medialuna, en los clanes y culturas.
Y aunque estaba caaaantada la historia de amor y desamor y todo lo que hay, a mí la historia de amistad con Danika me ha hecho soltar una lagrimita al final de la novela.

How can a 800 pages book feel too short? I am so glad the sequel is in my hands, as - even if the book doesn’t end with a massive cliffhanger, but with an opening for the next book - I just feel like I need more.

This is SJMaas best book without a doubt!
Not only has her writing developed, the character building is EVERYTHING. Bryce and Danika is probably two of my favourite heroines, their friendship is so beautiful and reminds me of Will and Jem in TID.
I literally just finished this book and I have bawled my eyes out for the last 1/4 of it, it is so beautiful and emotional with many twists and turns that left me completely breathless. I honestly hope Sarah keeps writing adult books because this is BRILL ...more

I really loved this.
I didn't realise this was as chonky as it was when I put in to hold it on the library. I've had some iffy reads of SJM books and I'm trying her again to see if my opinions changed. I really hope this isn't classic SJM and the first book is great but the next sucks.
So the story just hit me. I loved them all. Bryce was headstrong and I admired her fierce dedication to her best friends. Curious and optimistic for the next book to be as good. ...more

Wow, Sarah has done it again. She has successfully created a world and book that gave me a terrible book hangover! This book was amazing. Her ability to create a world you can so clearly visualize and give such detail and importance to even the smallest of characters has me in awe. The amount of time she spends building up the world and plot has you feeling like you are there and know these characters.
