Somewhere between the 4th and 5th wave of the alien invasion, Cassie finds herself left alone with the promise to find her brother and keep him safe. She's lost both of her parents, tragically. And has killed someone along the way to find her brother. She's very troubled, confused, alone,... but she's determined.
