Easy, comfortable read. The characters are fleshed out quite well, and they are people I would love to hang out with.
I loved the first book but wasn't sure about the subject material of this book. I got off to a slow start but then it was really gripping and I couldn't put it down.
The ladies of Cobbled Court Quilts pull together again, this time using their influence and friendship to help new friend and Quilter, Ivy who has escaped from a domestic abuse situation. How she survives and rebuilds with the help of her amazing Quilting friends is an enthralling, inspiring read. I really enjoyed this book. ...more
