I must admit that "A Court of Thorns and Roses" was one more book that I picked up because of the hype and its gorgeous cover (let's admit it -this cover is spectacular).

First off, I am super hard to please. I am very critical by nature so I usually tear things to shreds. BUT THIS BOOK!!! It blew me away! This is one of the most well-balanced book I have read in ages. Writing, characters, world building, plot, pacing, romance etc were all done so well. This is hands down going to be one of my top books this year.

This is my first Sarah J Maas book and whoa! The beginning was little tough for me, just due to world and character building. I went at a slower pace during that, but once the main character, Feyre, is introduced to the faerie world it certainly picked up and didn't slow down until the very end! I mean very end!
