Omg I don't even know how to express what I think about this book.

The first part of the book didn't impress me much. I think the weak thing about this book is the main character. She sometimes annoy me so much!!

But after this part, it happens a big change for the history and it was that that made me love this book and world so much (the history become so much richer).

I love the other characters too(Lucien and Rhysand especially!) and I'm very excited for the next book! =D ...more

This is more of a 4.5 to me.

I did read this book some months ago, but this honestly felt like the first time I was reading it, I'm ashamed I didn't give it the deserved attention at the first time.
Can I just tell you about hOW MUCH I LOVE LUCIEN?! And why can't people just let him live unharmed?

3.5 stars A good retelling of the story of the Beauty and the Beast. I got really into it towards the end. A steamy romance in a ferocious magical world in which a fierce beauty meets a tormented beast. Definitely a read if you like retellings.

Let me tell you that I hated everything, especially the main character.
