Hutton Everest thinks he’s able to read a woman. I liked how the author shows the reader his point of view first. It gives us an idea of who he is before meeting our female character. Allyson “Ally” Edwards is confused as to what she’s looking for. I also liked how the author changes her point of view – that’s all I’m going to say because I want you to find out for yourself.

For one night, Hutton Everest and Ally Edwards were nothing more than a man and a woman who were sexually attracted to one another and gave into that desire; they didn’t worry about their future…they didn’t worry about their responsibilities…they didn’t worry about their reputations - all they cared about was getting lost in the sexual haze that sparked between them as soon as their paths crossed.

This is such a great second chance at love story of Ally and Hutton. We also get to read about previous characters from Ms. Scott's other books (Everest and The Crow Brothers). I love this couple and the way they connected right from the beginning and how they both try to figure ways to finally be together.

S.L. Scott delivers a uniquely fun tale of royal romance, with moments of humor, a touch of frustration, and two characters with chemistry that could burn down the palace. Bad Reputation is everything you could ask for and more. ...more

Great read
While not a favorite of mine that is purely because of my taste rather than anything to do with the book. I'm not a fan of "Royals" stories so I should have read the blurb more closely. Fact is I love this author and she's an auto read for me.
That said this book is very well done. Button and Ally are amazing with wonderful depth and complexity. Writing and storyline are superb with a nice pace. Definitely a book I would recommend. ...more

Absolutely loved Hutton! The chemistry between Ally and Hutton is steamy and sweet. Love all S.L. Scott 's books, but this one is a favorite. I was all over the place emotionally while reading, definitely a must read!
