Solace by S.L Scott was a beautifully written second chance romance and I loved it.

The storyline was emotional, sweet, romantic and brought out all the feels. The drama was well done, it keep my attention and kept me turning the pages.
Jason and Delilah were likable, endearing, passionate characters and captured my heart with their story.

Jason & Delilah Mending Fences Together:
Loving this stand alone seconds chance romance by S L Scott. I met Jason when he originally went under several other names in SL's Kingwood Duet, Savage & Savior and am delighted that she has given him his own story. (Psst S L, can we still have more Cruise too? Thanks)
I liked him from the start, Mr Country store guy who developed more than Friendship feels for the queen. But she wasn't his to keep, only to help protect, and that he did the best he knew h

Solace by S.L Scott was an emotional and heartwarming second chance at romance story. This is a standalone, however, it does feature Jason Koster, who we first meet in The Kingwood Duet. You do not have to read the duet to read this book. They are separate stories; however, The Kingwood duet is a great read as well, just saying.

The Jason we see in Solace is different. He is at a crossroads in life and heads back home. Feeling a bit lost and restless, he needs time to decide what is next for him

SL Scott has written a sweet, heartwarming story that I simply fell in love with. I love second chance romances and she did a great job. Delilah and Jason come together after some time apart and have quite a few issues from the past to work out. Both are sweet and they have great chemistry. Can they work it out?

Solace is wonderfully written, like all of SL Scott’s stories. Her books are a pleasure to read. You will swoon and you will root for them to get their HEA. Go one click!

Solace by SL Scott is a sweet second-chance romance. One of my favorite troupes. I'm a sucker for them!!

When Jason decides to go home to try and figure out what to do with his life. He's hiding from some past demons, not proud of the things he's done. He didn't come back for his past love, Delilah, but he's seen her now and wants her back.

Delilah and Jason so in love. High school sweethearts torn apart by lies. It's been a few years since the break up and Jason leaving town. Both he and Delila

Jason Koster has been gone from his hometown for five long years, leaving on the heels of heartbreak. But home is calling to him, and with it the memories of all that he's left behind. Time and life has changed him, and he's not the same person that left, but, if the one he left will give him another chance, he might just stick around.

If you've read the Kingwood Duet by author S.L. Scott, then you'll remember Jason. Yes, that Jason, the friend, protector, brother-in-arms, sexy, got-your-back

I love that S.L. Scott is continuing to give us books filled with nail-biting action and heart-stopping romance.

Solace follows Jason, who first appeared in Scott's Kingwood Duet books, back to his hometown after finishing what will likely be his last job as a hired gun. His mom is quick to let him know that the woman he left behind years ago is unattached, and despite his best efforts to stay away from Delilah, Jason just can't help

Oh Jason ♡♡

What can I say to make you understand all the feels this story gave me.
We met Jason in Savior. He was a man with secrets trying to figure out where he belonged. His journey leads home straight back to the love of his life Delilah. She has her own baggage she is trying to break free from. Can these two former lovers find their way back to each other?
Super sweet and sexy story. Jason is all alpha male wanting to do nothing but protect Delilah and prove he is worthy of her love again.

I wasn't a fan of Jason when he was introduced in another wonderful book by S. L. Scott. I had reservations about reading a book based solely on him. Though I did have some issues with what I felt were inconsistencies in his characterization, I think those were more in my head than anything in the writing.

Jason has had a lot of experiences in his life that have hardened him, emotionally and physically. Delilah's life hasn't been easy either, but she still finds the light in life. When they meet
