I just found my favorite in this series. My favorite Crow, favorite Carson, favorite rock star, favorite Dave. I can't even find the words!

5+ STARS FOR RIDGE/DAVE!! 5 STARS, 5 STARS, 5 STARS, I sound like a broken record and this record went platinum in my world. Ridge was PHENOMENAL, just like this rest of the books in this series. Dave and Meadow's story is so beautiful, touching and full of love, it will be in my heart forever. If you haven't read this series please do yourself a favor and start it. How is it even possible that each of the books in this series has gotten better than the last?! Perfect ending to the series!

We all remember Ridge, the newest addition to the Crow Brothers. The quiet guitarist that while he doesn't share the same last name, is still part of this amazing Family. Meadow is Stella's younger sister, which of course makes her the whole band's kid sister so the same family rules apply!

This fourth book in the Crow Brothers series was well worth the wait. Ridge/Dave is a perfect fit as an honorary Crow brother. He’s just a bit lost in his life and in love.

Meadow is Stella’s younger sister. She knows more about what Stella had to go through (see the previous installment, Rivers) than she lets on, because she doesn’t want to worry her sister. Her parents’ failed marriage has also done a number on her.

Their chemistry is almost instantaneous, but circumstance and Meadow’s hang-ups This fourth book in the Crow Brothers series was well worth the wait. Ridge/Dave is a perfect fit as an honorary Crow brother. He’s just a bit lost in his life and in love.

Meadow is Stella’s younger sister. She knows more about what Stella had to go through (see the previous installment, Rivers) than she lets on, because she doesn’t want to worry her sister. Her parents’ failed marriage has also done a number on her.

Their chemistry is almost instantaneous, but circumstance and Meadow’s hang-ups hold them back initially. While it’s clear they are both thinking about the other (thank you, dual POV!), this separation is necessary for their development as individuals as well as their growth as a couple. I loved seeing into Dave’s mind, since his inner songwriter comes out whenever Meadow is involved. His words will make you swoon, as will his sweet gestures.

At times I did have to remember that Meadow is only 21, and that her doubts and reservations make sense considering her age and background. If I didn’t, I might have found her indecisive and to be toying with Dave’s feelings. She’s not, though, and her hesitation is understandable. Her journey of personal growth is relatable and described well, and an integral part of the story. It doesn’t end when they admit they’re in love with each other; rather, this is where their journey truly starts.

This book can be read on its own, as this is the story of Meadow and Dave, but it becomes so much better if you’ve read the other books in the series first. Even more so if you’ve also read the Resistance series and Sweet Talk. Some of the characters and events will be much better appreciated then, as well as references to earlier events.

I liked how this book also pays sufficient attention to Meadow’s relationship with Stella, and Stella’s wedding to Rivers. Both women are more than just girls in love with rock stars, and the author allows plenty of room to showcase their individuality.

I very much enjoyed the ending of the book, although I can never get enough of the Resistance and Crow Brothers universe! ...more

Ridge has earned 5 sunshine stars from me for making me feel all the things. This whole series is highly recommended to all the rock star romance lovers out there. This perfectly emotional and amazing story just blew me away. Ridge snuck up on me and gripped my heart with his ever-so-perfect ability to love with everything he has.

Dave Carson, aka Ridge, totally shocked me. Why wasn’t I prepared for just how much he was going to sweep me off my feet with his beautiful lines, funny jokes, and ten Ridge has earned 5 sunshine stars from me for making me feel all the things. Dave Carson, aka Ridge, totally shocked me. Why wasn’t I prepared for just how much he was going to sweep me off my feet with his beautiful lines, funny jokes, and tenderness? I just wasn’t but there are no words for me to say how happy I am that I just read the most swoon-worthy book of the year.

Ridge and Meadow have an attraction, a definite lust, and some steaming hot chemistry that leads to some sizzling antics in all the places. Even with all that going for them, they still have a challenge ahead of them and a journey to live if they want to make each other their forever. That is what made this book absolutely everything for me.

This book just had it all. I loved everything about it and there is nothing, absolutely nothing that was not perfectly planned out and written in this book. Suzie really outdid herself here. She made me smile, laugh out loud, clench my thighs, and cry a few tears. I honestly think Ridge, the honorary Crow brother is my favorite because he just knows how to treat a lady, how to say all the right words, do all the right things, and how to fight against the selfishness in himself for the good of others.

Even though there are no more Crow brothers to write about, that epilogue, no matter how perfect it was, still leaves me wanting more. I hope Suzie finds at least one more book in her where we can meet all the brothers again and catch up with them. Faris Wheel and Tommy are still waiting for their perfect women to show up, so I have hope. ...more
