Since I started reading romance, I’ve been all about second chance romances, especially when the couple shares such an intense and deep connection and then when S.L. Dave “Ridge” Carson just wants a chance. Meadow Fellowes is a confusing woman who may not know what she wants. Or she doesn’t want to take that leap of faith. I know that this is considered a second chance but the way our main characters seem to skirt around the edges, I’m not sure they even got a first chance. But then Dave hints at something from their past that could change my mind.
