I received a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review for Stephanie's Book Reports.

Savior is the second book in The Kingwood Duet from S.L. Scott. You must read the first book Savage to know what is going on in Savior.

Alexander Kingwood the IV has taken over the thrown of the billion dollar Kingwood Empire. People he thought he could trust aren't allies. They are his enemies. Everyone that he cares about is at risk. The time has come for sacrifices and decisions to be made. What is Al

Trying to find the words is so hard. But that's only because its such a fantastic book. Like wow!! I'm blown away by not only Savage when it first came out but Savior as well. S.L. Scott has an amazing book/series on her hands. I feel honored to be have been able to read both books. You are taken for a ride from the very beginning. You hold on tight through all the twists and turns. You may even shed a few tears. I so don't want to let go of Sara Jane and Alexander. This has been such a beautifu ...more

What an incredible journey. Alexander Kingwood, aka King, is a complex man that is fighting to be different from his father and grandfather while he seeks revenge. Life doesn’t make this quest easy for him but we get to enjoy every crazy, twisted moment. I was gutted at the end of Savage which had me immediately diving into Savior as soon as it reached my Kindle. This story didn’t disappoint but alas, I can’t tell you anymore. I don’t want to give away any of the amazing elements to Kings journe ...more

Savior is Book 2 in the Kingwood Duet by SL Scott. You definitely have to read book 1 or you will be lost. I was waiting for this book since I read the last line in book 1. SL Scott does not disappoint. This story had me entranced from page 1. We see the continuation into the story of Sara Jane and Alexander (King). I once I started reading it was hard to put it down. I laughed, cried and was mad. We are led down the rabbit hole into a world of secrets, intrigue and survival. There are so many t ...more

Can I just say WOW! This is an amazing read. The twist and turns, the suspense, the up's and down's. Oh and the love they had for each other, just made the book that much better. It kept me on the edge of my seat. I couldn't have asked for a better conclusion to this duet.

It was so worth the wait. From start to finish I was hooked. This was one of the most intense stories I've read this year!! You don't want to miss it.. Get it as soon as it releases. You won't be disappointed...

Well, I finally got my hot little hands on SAVIOR, the second book in the Kingwood Duet by author S.L. Scott, and it was everything that I was hoping. I was hanging onto the cliff that Suzie threw readers over at the end of SAVAGE (Book 1) by my fingernails, y'all, and dying to see what was next for Sara Jane and Alexander. SAVIOR started out with a bang, and, friends, there is no break in the action, the suspense, and the glorious passion of it all, from the first page to the last.

As I was

Such a great duet! This book was just as much an emotional ride as Savage! Such a dark, emotional, beautiful romance! Such a thriller from #SAVAGEtoSAVIOR. There was so much to this book. Love, betrayal, shock, Faith, doubt, joy, sadness and so on. Twists and turns. The total package! I would recommend this book to all.

Told from his and her POV, and past and present events.

For me the book got off to a slow start, picked up in the middle, and plateaued at the end. A major event happens, but it almost felt forced.

Overall I enjoyed the book and was happy to see such a conclusion for Alexander and Sara Jane.

I freaking loved this book. I've read several books by S.L. Scott, but this one put me through the ringer. I can't begin to describe all the feels that these books will put you through, but I tell you it's so worth the journey. Put this on your list to read, you will not be disappointed. ...more
