This was a poignant read when reading it during the biggest rise in violence across the world since 1945.

War is inevitable.

What he meant, of course, was that there would always be wars, that they were as easy to stop as glaciers. I believe that, too. (Ch1)

After finishing that I’m not sure how I feel, I think I know what the book is saying … and i know I loved the themes and concept… it did kind of show all its tricks in the first half though BUT with a really interesting twist near the end that definitely fits for this kind of book.

NOT TO SAY THAT IT WASN’T INTERESTING THE WHOLE WAY CUZ IT DEFINITELY WAS
