Sanderson really is a very consistent author. It's a great premise (a resistance of normals fighting against baddie mutants with assorted powers who've taken everything over), and Sanderson delivers it with customary reliability. Not a masterwork or anything (it's not attempting to be), but a really enjoyable, solid, yarn. ...more
