A good read if you want pure escapism with perfect people and insta-love. I personally couldn't stand Kerry, who was meant to be hard done by but was described at every turn as some perfect human with nicely toned arms, a natural ability to wake up early, a natural ability to know where she was on a map at any given time--these are unrelatable traits! I purchased this book online at Amazon after looking for current Lambda award winners. This was a sweet romance with a perfect happy ending. When I am not reading articles for class this is exactly the kind of distraction I want in life. The characters are engaging. The plotline is fluffy. The romance is just steamy enough and believable enough to keep me reading. All in all, good clean fun.
