Highly recommended for anyone who's unfamiliar (or only slightly familiar) with asexuality. It may be a little repetitive, as other folks have noted, for anyone who already identifies as asexual and/or has spent much time in asexual spaces. For people who are looking for an introduction, though, the book is thorough and well-indexed, so you can pick and choose which sections are most important for you to read.

This is an introduction, and a good one. A bit "dry," but that's not really important. The audiobook version is a bit strange....the reader always says things like "and slash or" and that's very annoying, and the last chapter is all of these links and she reads them out, url and all, verbatim. But I have a copy of this in paperback, so that's how I'll navigate that chapter. I can't imagine any other way really.
