This has to be one of the best books I've ever read. It's a remarkably poignant story of the struggle of a woman to learn her own self worth, and inevitably, to understand that her life is in her own hands. Remarkably moving, the movie was my first introduction to the story, and was one of the best book to movie adaptations I've ever seen. ...more
