Wow, it was great the second time through as well as the first. I enjoy the story and the characters. I knew what was going to happen but it was still fun to re-read the action that made it happen. I enjoy the worlds and characters Sanderson creates in all of his books, this is just my favorite. I might just have to re-read the entire series in preparation for the next one that will be coming out. I encourage all who love America to read this book. You're welcome.

2.5/5
Aside from the painfully slow pace and the problematic dialogue, my main issue with the book was the depiction of the main (and basically only) female character. The romance was totally unnecessary and unrealistic and it completely ruined the character for me.
I'll give the second book of the trilogy a chance in case things improve.
This one definitely didn't live up to the hype for me. ...more
