This concludes one of the most interesting trilogies of literature. The use of slightly altered, real images to concoct a general, original story was a stroke of genius. After pondering the overall story, I do say that it can act as a symbol for mental illness: Those who are directly affected; Those witnessing; and those that don't understand. OMG i love these books!! I never thought I would pick them up but I am so glad that I did! I am not sure how I feel about the ending. It was a good ending but not quite what I think I had had in mind. The pics were great like in the first two books and I loved Jacab's growth with is gift and as a boy. I would have liked something more on Fiona and what happened to her and if they found her. I almost feel like there may be a fourth book at some point. i think every one should read these.
