What can I say? I'm a sucker for a good fantasy read! This book takes place in a renaissance-ish type of time period. There are kings, queens, knights, guards, and, of course, assassins! This book has actually lived up to the hype I've been hearing on Youtube and Facebook. I was aimlessly and undoubtedly in love with this book! “My name is Celaena Sardothien. But it makes no difference if my name's Celaena or Lillian or Bitch, because I'd still beat you, no matter what you call me.”

I loved the whole new world, that I was thrown into! The whole setting is very interesting and an excellent read. Also the details that I was given really did help me fully illustrate this new...land. Plus having a map in the book was cool, I couldn't stop looking at it. #Celaena&Dorian
