This book totally stands out on my bookshelf, not only because the cover is so beautiful, but because it's made such a huge impact on my love life (if I even have one) and relationships in general. For the non-spoilery part of this review, I will say that it's definitely a Jenny Han book that want to start with. I feel like after I read this book, I kind of understood Han's entire life. It's like she was writing about her life, her family, her past crushes in this entire story, and it felt very

It's a 3.7 out of 5 stars for me.
I liked it a lot! It was a cutesy, quirky contemporary that really got me out of a reading slump. I was actually expecting more from it tbh. I had loads of fun reading about Lara Jean, even tho I had some problems with some of things she would do I think later on in the series she'll grow in different ways.

Not only is Lara Jean, half Korean, but her traditions and culture also play a big part in her life. The romance was cute but I felt it was superfi ...more

This is my first Jenny Han book and with all the hype I had read and seen lately I was super excited to get into this book.
I didn't realise until I had to stop reading just how immersed I had become with this story, and I found myself itching to get back and finish it.
I'm sure most of you will know what this is about, but here's a quick synopsis
I love how the relationships are portrayed in this book, not just the ones between Lara and her crushes, but the family dynamics as well
