What Members Thought
A phenomenal book about World War II in France and how it affected the women left behind when the men were forced to go to war. It has been years since I’ve read a book that touched me as much as this one. Truly outstanding.
I struggled with this book mainly because I wanted to scream at the characters, "Run! It really is going to get worse!"
