I have to say, science fiction is not a genre I reach for very often, but I had sci-fi as a challenge this month, and this book came highly recommended. I was very surprised at how much I ended up enjoying it. I thought it was well written and I really enjoyed to character developments. Even though it is set in space (which freaks me out), I didn't really focus it on that too much as I was caught up in the drama of the story.
