perfecto es decir poco. es tan excelente. unico. atrapante. conmovedor. me lleno de vida. me hizo reir. no tengo palabras para describir semejante obra. es perfecto. mas que perfecto. es como mi libro favorito de toda la vida. sinceramente no creo que hay leido un libro mas perfecto en mi vida. lo amo demasiado. lo amo para todo la vida. mejor dicho te amare eternamente.

I loved Maggie in Maybe Someday! I loved this but I still want more!!! It would be wonderful if Maggie had her own story too. :)

I think I would've given this 5 full stars if I wasn't so conflicted about the whole idea. Before I get to the spoilers, just know that Colleen Hoover really is one of my favorite contemporary authors, and she really knows how to put her characters through some tough shit. It was so hard for me to put this book down because I just had to know all the things!

A couple things I wish would've happened was some sort of closure with Tori, and something with Syd's parents.

I'm not sure how many spoilers there will actually be, but I couldn't talk about my issues with this book without omitting somethings that happen.

My main issue with a book like this is that I believe there is never a reason to cheat. NOT EVER. That's why I understood when Sydney felt so betrayed by what Hunter and Tori did, and then she went and did the same thing. I know that the whole point of the book is that Syd and Ridge understand each other and connect on a totally different plane, but neither of them would've known that if they'd just nipped it in the bud before it got out of control. There were also plenty of times where they should've stepped away but didn't. I've been in a relationship with my boyfriend for almost 8 years (since high school) and I can't imagine going through this. You just have to shut it down.

I get that, by the end, it was obvious Maggie and Ridge weren't meant for each other. There were little things that I picked up, but the problem I have with this is that Ridge had no idea she felt like he was holding her back from living, so I can't see how his actions were justified before the breakup. He was trying to remain honorable to Maggie, but he emotionally cheated on her every day he felt more than attraction for Sydney. Which was A LOT. I think Maggie was the most mature character in this book, and I applaud her for leaving a relationship that had run its course. She was the one that realized they'd been in love with the idea of being together, not in love with each other. Plus, she was awesome. I wish Colleen would right a story about her!

Like I said, this book conflicted me. My boyfriend and I have discussed the whole cheating issue, and we both agreed that if we didn't love the other person, we would end it before getting together with someone else. I know Ridge made it seem different because of Maggie's illness, but cheating (physical and/or emotional) is cheating. Still, Syd and Ridge made each other better people and were clearly better suited to be together. ...more
