What Members Thought
Not the biggest fan of this book. It was more of a Danielle Steel type of drama novel, not the suspense and/or adventure that Picoult tends to write with. Not terrible, I just was not prepared for a lenghty, drawn out novel of love story mush. Perhaps if I were seeking such a novel, it would have been more appealing to me at the time.
I enjoyed this book. There was a lot of great detail to this book from describing the characters, their lives, and various plot locations. It wasn't the absolute best, best, BEST book I've read (by her or anyone else) but it was entertaining and good and I'd still recommend it.

Just finished this and I loved it. It is a story of domestic abuse and gets into the mind of the victim and why she stays.
A great book about being in a abusive relationship...one of my favorite authors!!!!!
Classic Jodi! Doesn't disappoint.
