this book was wonderful. it gives a brief glimpse into norse mythology while telling a great story about a clever boy. entertaining enough to get me interested in reading more on norse mythology. definitely a good one for children.

Norse fairytale. Loved the transmorphed characters, plot development and worldbuilding. Make sure to get the illustrated hardcover edition: it is breathtaking.
