This is like. A legitimately perfect book. There is like. No flaws. (except for some kinda dated humour lol)
Pretty sure I enjoyed it way more than the first time I read it like seven years ago IDK HOW THAT'S EVEN POSSIBLE. But now I know both Pratchett and Gaiman somehow I can appreciate it so much more??? There's SO much Pratchett but I see so much Anansi Boys in this too, that really subtle humour Gaiman has.

First things first, the reader of this audiobook is really talented. Every character (and there were a LOT of characters) had a distinct and consistent voice throughout the book. And I love how they did all the winding tangents.
As for the book itself: omg all the winding tangents. I could've done with less tangents. I don't need to know the backstory of every character that appears in the book, including the telemarketers and the guy eating lunch when the trees start moving, or the detailed hist ...more

Definitely worth listening to if you're able. Fully casted, it's like listening to a play. Sound effects and everything!
