What Members Thought

Very quick read. Started it on audio and was listening on my commute, but a third of the way through, I needed to find out what happened, so I checked out the eBook and sped through it in a couple hours. Can definitely see why it won an Alex Award (since it could appeal to teens and adults easily), and why book clubs love it. My only major complaint is that the ending was a bit abrupt.

This book is rambly and takes a right at Albuquerque when it should've taken a left and a lot of the book is made up of people complaining about the injustices they think they're facing. 'PTA moms' complain about parents who don't participate in school activities. Workers complain about bosses who don't appreciate them. Bernadette complains about everything in Seattle.
