While the writing style was good and some of the ideas intriguing, this type of book, with loosely related sections, had too little narrative for me.
The main characters are Donald and Norman. Donald is a researcher who feeds information to key people in government. Norman is an executive for General Technics who have designs to take the natural resources from the little African country of Beninia.
