I have two versions of this book, as follows:
The Penguin Classics version is great for a beginner to the philosophy of Stoicism. The translators have abridged it, removing letters they viewed as unnecessary duplications of certain concepts as well as a few of the more esoteric letters. The translation is fine, has a lovely lyrical feel to the language, well edited, it is fairly inexpensive, and the book is short enough that it is less intimidating to novices and convenient to carry around.
