What Members Thought
This book was awesome, had some sublime moments both in Moscow and Jerusalem. Pilate was one of my favourite characters of any book I've ever read. Cannot rate this highly enough. The prose were translated into English so there's not a lot that can be accurately said about the prose but it flowed well and wasn't clunky.

I do think it was really good, I enjoyed the writing style and the story very much, but oftentimes it went way over my head. I didn’t understand 90 per cent of the references and sometimes just missed half of the story. I also have little knowledge of the context which I also think had me missing out on lots.
