One of the funniest and most terrifying portrayals of Lucifer I have ever read.
I imagined Mick & Co. amused and deeply captivated by the salient characters in the novel - Woland, Margherita and the Poet before 1968, when Sympathy for the Devil was released, becoming part of the history of music.
An exciting narration of the ordeal of the prophet and the role of anguished Pontius Pilate who only loves his dog. A work of timeless value.
