The infamous Mary, Mary, Quite contrary became as such a spoiled child. Yet by the end she was caring and dedicated to her work (she learned to do work!) and her friendships with Dicken and Collin, who I can't imagine her wanting to associate with before.
Dicken was probably my favorite character. I can just imagine him rolling his eyes as these spoiled rich kids, but being too happy and kind to do so. I think he was such a good influence on both his friends.
