The writing took a while to get used to. The story itself was good, just wish it was a bit more modern.
Far too much description.

Hated it. I absolutely hated this book. It was part of my required reading summer books for Honors class and I absolutely hated it! It was very difficult getting to it. My hate for this book had nothing to do with having to read it for class, I love most books that were reading assignments for school but not this one. The main character was really hard to like, and so were most of all the other characters. I would not recommend this book to anyone.
