I understand that Woolf was going for a liberated look at sex, gender, sexuality, etc...but this book is just crammed full of casual racism and there's no reason to read it. Not really sure how it has 3.86 stars on goodreads and so many current (2021) reviews that do not mention this aspect of the book to warn people. Would have DNFed it, if it wasn't for a book discussion.
